6 a.m. is getting much easier to get used to nowadays. And I’m so happy I get to do full warm up (as opposed to being late) and strength / skill and WOD. What’s a burpee pull you ask? The video above shows what a “burpee pullup” is.

20 min AMRAP
10 Burpee Pullups
15 Dead Lift (185/135)
20 Crossovers
6 rounds and scaled using 125# for deadlifts and 5 burpee pullups per round. If I had done the 10 burpee pullups I probably would’ve gotten around 4 rounds, but scaled because I’m new to them, didn’t know how I’d do. I owned those crossovers (criss cross jump roping). Did them all UNBROKEN.
