Delicious homemade paleo chili with plenty leftovers.
I used 80/20 grassfed ground beef. Brown your ground beef in coconut oil, diced onions and minced garlic. Drain part of the liquids out (will make it too watery if you leave it in). Turn off heat. Put in 5 diced small tomatoes (or 1 can of diced tomatoes - no sugar), and 1 6oz can of tomato paste. Add ALL THE SEASONINGS (if you don’t get the reference then see yourself out), ground cumin, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, TJ 21 Salute. Amounts vary on how spicy you want it. Bring to a boil and as you mix everything together. Leave on a low simmer for about an hour if you can (tastes best when you can do this to really soak in the flavors). NOM.
