Happy Friday! I’m glad to say that CrossFit 310’s December Drop Off was a success for me. But it’s going beyond December for me. Been going to CrossFit consistently, eating right (very few hiccups over the holidays) and just feeling good. No more maintaining, back to leaning down and getting fitter (<— proper use of the word?). Disclaimer: Got ready and showered after WOD in record time for work - that explains the mess in my room. Sorry.
